01 — Controller
The controller for data processing within the Orduri app is:

02 — What data Orduri collects
Orduri stores only data that you enter yourself:
- Your name and company name (for the PDF header)
- Your website URL (for the PDF footer)
- Your company logo and, optionally, a client logo (selected from your photo library)
- Project name, an optional project number, and client information
- An overtime threshold configured per project
- Time entries: dates, start/end times, hours, overtime, Sunday/holiday flags, days off, notes
- Digital signatures for crew and for production/client, captured directly on your device
Orduri does not collect any device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or crash reports. No data is transmitted to any server operated by marrubi.
03 — Where your data is stored
All data is stored exclusively on your device (Apple SwiftData). Orduri does not automatically sync via iCloud or any other cloud service.
You can manually export your data as a JSON file at any time — for switching devices or keeping your own backup copy — and import it again. Where that backup file is stored or shared is entirely up to you, via iOS’s share sheet or Files app.
04 — Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to provide the app’s functionality: logging working hours and generating PDF and CSV exports. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
05 — Third-party services
Orduri does not use any advertising networks, analytics services, or third-party SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.
06 — Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data stored about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, you can exercise these rights directly within the app (edit/delete), via the JSON export, or by deleting the app. For any questions, contact us at hello@marrubi.de.
07 — Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. A list of authorities can be found at bfdi.bund.de.
08 — Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy when the app’s functionality changes. The current version is always available at this URL.
