The controller for data processing within the Orduri app is:
Orduri stores only data that you enter yourself:
Orduri does not collect any device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or crash reports. No data is transmitted to any server operated by marrubi.
All data is stored exclusively on your device (Apple SwiftData). Orduri does not automatically sync via iCloud or any other cloud service.
You can manually export your data as a JSON file at any time — for switching devices or keeping your own backup copy — and import it again. Where that backup file is stored or shared is entirely up to you, via iOS's share sheet or Files app.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality: logging working hours and generating PDF and CSV exports. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
Orduri does not use any advertising networks, analytics services, or third-party SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, you can exercise these rights directly within the app (edit/delete), via the JSON export, or by deleting the app. For any questions, contact us at hello@marrubi.de.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. A list of authorities can be found at bfdi.bund.de.
We may update this privacy policy when the app's functionality changes. The current version is always available at this URL.
